What is your Deposit Policy?

A 50% deposit will be paid by check or money order within 7 days of making the reservation.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations of reservations must be made more than 8 days before the first night of the reservation to avoid loss of deposit. All cancellations carry a $20. administrative fee. No Shows and early departures will be billed the entire amount of the stay unless they have contacted the office and made PRIOR arrangements.

What is your Weather Policy?

If the Hwy. patrol of your residence state or of Arkansas says to stay off the highways there will be no cancellation charges and deposits will be refunded.

Do you allow pets?

Four-legged family members are also welcome at Pond Mountain when you make prior arrangements with us, dogs only are allowed in our cabins and pool suites (sorry, no pets in “Adults Only” Main Lodge Suites). Plus there’s plenty of room to exercise with Fido – romp in the field, walk the trails up to the pond, or snuggle up by your fireplace.

Do you allow children?

All children are welcome in any of the cabins and family suites. A $10/person/night fee pertains to all persons over the double occupancy rates. Adults only suites are Merlin, Whippoorwill and Sandpiper suites in the main lodge.

What are your Check-in & out times?

Official check-in times are between 3: and 7: p.m. We can make some exceptions when feasible if notified in advance. Check out is anytime before noon on the day of departure.

What is your Pool Use Policy?

The swimming pool is for registered guest use only. The pool is open mid-May through mid-October, weather permitting, and opens at 9: a.m. through dark. Because there is no life guard on site, children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent (or someone over the age of 18).
